Last chance for submitting applications for the 2024 Giving Cycle

This is the last week that 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations can submit an application for the 2024 Giving Cycle. If you were hoping for your organization to be considered for our Uplift or Rising Tide Gifts in 2024, then please make sure to have submitted your application by 5:00 pm Central Time on June 30.

How do I submit my application?

Go to https://www.thedjhdfoundation.com/apply to download and fill out the Application forms for our Uplift or Rising Tide gifts. Then send that application along with all other required documents listed on that webpage in an email to info@thedjhdfoundation.com.

Can I still submit my application after the June 30 deadline?

Yes, you can submit an application for any gift at any time. However, any applications sent in after the June 30 deadline will be considered for the 2025 giving cycle.

When will I know if my organization has been selected to receive a gift?

The Board of Directors will be making their final decisions on who will be receiving our Rising Tide and Uplift gifts in August, with announcements coming in September. We will be contacting the organizations directly, but you can also keep an eye out here on our website and on our social media for announcements about our 2024 recipients.
